Fondazione Querini has 2.634 printed works and around 200 illustrated volumes. .

The collection includes works by Venetian engravers from the Fifteenth to the Eighteenth century such as Francesco Bartolozzi, Marco Pitteri, Francesco Del Pedro, Gianbattista Brustolon, the Sadeler family, Stefano Della Bella, Francesco Novelli, Giovanni Volpato, the Giampiccoli family, Francesco Zucchi and Gaetano Zompini.

This is a precious collection that includes antique and epistolary texts, toponomy prints and portraits of famous characters of the political and cultural life from Rinaissance to the Enlightment. The engravings of Venetian life are a great example of the society of that time. There are priceless books such as Jerusalem Delivered by Torquato Tasso with pictures by Giambattista Piazzetta, and the manuscript of the "Arsenale, Cuore Veneto Legale", a collection of the laws of the Arsenal in 1703, with engravings by Isabella Piccini and Angela Baroni.

There are numerous volumes by Vincenzi Coronelli as well as atlases from the Eighteenth century.

One of the most interesting portrait series is represented by the Queriniana iconography based on the famous members of the family. Most of the engravings represent Cardinal Angelo Maria Querini, Archbishop of Brescia, but there are also other portraits of the members of the Querini family such as the portraits of Gerolamo by Cassana and of Andrea by Bartolozzi.
