Easter-time of long, long ago. At home with a noble Venetian family

The Museum opens to young visitors who will be the protagonists of the appointments dedicated to culture and entertainment organized by Fondazione Querini Stampalia. On the occasion of Easter holidays, children and parents will be immersed in the everyday atmosphere that Venice had three centuries ago. They will be welcomed and guided by the homeowers in person: the Querini Stampalia family in their elegant 18th century clothes. In the rooms of their ancient Palace, the members of this prestigious lineage will talk about the customs and practices typical of that time. Visitors will have the possibility to enjoy in amazing bizarre games in the "campi" of the city, celebrations in small squares and theatres, festivals and boat races, civil and religious events. A special guided tour from 6 to 9 April, in Italian at 11 am and in French at 3 pm, will enable to live the atmosphere of Serenissima's Easter holidays, while children from 4 to 12 will be able to appreciate the prestigious collections of the Museum. A sweet break with Querini's chocolate eggs will follow for children and adults. The cost of the ticket including the entry to the Palace is € 5 per person (both for children and adults).
