Earl Giovanni Querini Stampalia
Fondazione Querini Stampalia was created in 1869. It is now an Onlus non-profit organization.
According to the statute the Foundation is held by a council formed by five members. Two members are elected by The Venetian Institute of Science, Literature and Art. The other two from the Venice Hall and the Province of Venice respectively. The four members then chose the fifth among the personalities indicated by important Venetian cultural institutions. The Council elects his own President.

The Board of Auditors of Account is formed by two people nominated by the Venetian Institute of Science, Literature and Art. .

The President, the Councillors and the Auditors are volunteers.
