All the volumes stored in the depository can be requested at the library desk.

You can take up to three books at the same time.

Old volumes and valuable manuscripts (classifications starting with MSS. AUTOGR., BANCO, C. GEOGR., INC., OPUS., PIANO I, PER. D-G or classified as reserved RIS.) will be lent to the user singularly. Photo ID required.

These material can be consulted exclusively in the consultation room near the desk.

Borrowed material must be brought back to the desk before leaving the building.

If you like to consult one or more modern publications on a later date, please inform the staff.

Most of the journals classified as PER.B and PER.C. are located in external depositories and can be reserved at the desk. Please reserve them by 11 am, from Tuesday to Friday. The volumes will be ready at 12 am of the same day or the following ones. To facilitate the service, please leave your name and telephone number.

The delivery of the ordered material might be limited or refused due to its poor state of preservation, weight or bad weather conditions (high water, rain).
